The industry standard Fabmaster CAD/CAM software is used to import and translate design data to a neutral useable format for test analysis and testprogram generation.
Takaya Flying Probe Testprograms are swiftly generated and debug times are minimized, thanks to the maximized offline debug possibilities. No bed-of-nails or testfixturing is required, which guarantees maximum flexibility and testcost reduction.
PCBA's designed with the Boundary Scan/JTAG bus can be tested using the Göpel Boundary Scan tools. The Boundary Scan test can be a complete board test or supplementary to Flying Probe.
The Boundary Scan/JTAG bus offers also in-system programming possibilities.
